Another GREAT year of BMX in the books. To everyone that came out to our races and practices the staff at Hire Park Thanks You. And for the Year End Banquet, what a good time. Everyone got an award and had an awesome time hanging out, talking about how there year in racing went. As well as when we will be heading to Crossroads BMX down in Indianapolis, IN for some indoor race action.

Keep in touch. We will be getting a date posted to get all of the Great Hire Park Riders to take a trip to Indy to race in the near future.

We are going to do it agian!!!!! Hire Park will be putting on another payday for all you riders up for the challange.

Tonight, the last Free Clinic of the season. So, come on out for a great evening of riding and get some insight on how to ride Hire Park FAST!!! Some last minute instructions before the Pro Am / No Bull II Race on Saturday.

That is right Saturday Sept 9, the Running of the Bulls II. The Annual Pro Am / No Bull race is this weekend. This is a race you do not want to miss. Pro Ams for the guys, the girls and the old ones. The No Bull race will be in FULL effect with 25 plus riders ready to rock and roll, old scool!!!!!!!! Registration will be from 11:30 to 12:30 with the event starting about 1:00. Time Trials, Speed Traps (ever wonder how fast your first straight is?) Pro Ams (Girls Class also) and lets not forget about the OLD GUYS, the No Bull II race. After the race the Hog Roast, please bring you favorite cover dish to share with the crowd. Chips, deserts, covered side dishes… bring anything you would like to share with your fellow racers and their families.

You do not want to miss this race!!! This is the most awesome time on 2 wheels. Come on out and jump into a great time. The racing will be intense with a class for everyone. The classes break down like this;

The second round of the Triple Crown Race is in the books. What a great day of racing. Hats off to the Fort Wayne Crew for pulling off a great race. After the dust settled we had some great races and a lot of fun. The Pro Am was rocken, with 8 riders signed up, we took 6 to the Dash for Cash. Fort Wayne tossed in $100 to give the Pro Am purse a jump start.

If you thought the tempature was hot, you should have seen how hot the racing was. Hire Park kicked off the Triple Crown Series with some intence, off the hook, HOT racing. Check out some pictures from the race at www.ryanscottracing.com

Round 2 will be Sunday, July 23 at Fort Wayne BMX.

Round 3 will be Sunday, July 30 at Marion

For all you Warsaw Locals, we will be meeting at Hire Park on Sunday at 10:30 to head to Fort Waye BMX. Plan on pulling out of the parking lot at 10:45.

Sunday, at Hire Park BMX will be the 1st stop of the Triple Crown Series for Northern Indiana. Race all 3 races and qualify for the awards to be given out at Hire Park’s Pro Am / No Bull Race on Sept 9.
Hire Park will be having a Pro Am at Sunday’s race. The Pro Am will be 100% payback with Hire Park tossing in an extra $100.00 to start the Pro Purse off.

If you missed the last Ryan Birk Free Clinic you will not want to miss this one. Last month we had a great evening of training with Ryan and a couple of helpers. We went over starts, straights, jumps and corners. Hire Park will open the gates at 5:00 and will run until the clinic is over. A great time was had by all, so come on out and learn from a great BMXer. Absolutely FREE!!!!! Bring out our friends and learn how much fun you can have at Hire Park.

Thursday Night Race, June 29. make sure you are there. The race action has been great.

Wednesday, July 5. Free Clinic with Ryan Burk of Sun Ringle fame will be onsite giving some great racing and riding tips. You will get faster by coming to Ryan’s Clinic. This is FREE!!!! So come on out. First time riders are welcome. No NBL membership required.

Practice nights are still on Tuesday and Thursday nights. $2.00 per rider, bring a friend and get your name in the Bring a Buddy drawing the NBL is holding. You could win some cool prizes. Check the NBL site for all the rules and prizes.

Stileman Clinic

It was AWESOME we had riders from all ages and proficiencies at the clinic. A big thanks for coming out to Hire Park goes to the Stileman crew. Be sure not to miss this clinic next year.

Come out and hit up Hire Park for 2 races on one day. The weather looks like it will be great for racing. Come on out and enjoy the fun. Registration for the first race is usual time. 11:30 to 12:30 and race ASAP. Second race will have a half hour registration with racing starting ASAP.

Wednesday, June 7, FREE CLINIC at Hire Park. Come on out and get some free training on how to race BMX. Track opens up at 5:00 with the training session starting at 6:00.

Stile Industries Racing Clinic scheduled for Wednesday, June 14. What a great opportunity to get some great training 2 weeks in a row. Stile Industries has been putting on clinics all aver the country. And Hire Park was chosen to host one of the great Stile Clinics. Come out on June 14, registration from 5:00 to 6:00, the clinic will run from 6:00 until we are done. For more information please call 574-268-RIDE.

Next race Saturday, June 3, double header, one trip 2 races. The second race is to make up the race that was rained out on May 13. Registration for the first race is at the regular time, 11:30 – 12:30, there will be about a 20-30 minute break between races. We have classes for all, training wheel class up through Pro Am cash class. Come on out to Hire Park, where nobody sits the bench.

The last report on the track does not look good. Mother Nature has put the skids on Saturday, May 12 race. The finish line is underwater and the track is a SWAMP. We will make up this race as a double header on Saturday, June 3.

On an Up side, May 20 is only 1 week away. The FREE RACE is still on. Bring all your BMX buddies and line it up at Hire Park for the Free Race. No entry fees, any cash class will have a fee. Come out and race class, cruiser and open on us. Points Only Race, there will be no trophies given at this race.

Tom Ritz from the NBL came out last week and kicked some serous dirt around. With 2 new killer straights and a couple of revised jumps, Hire Park is ready to get some intense racing going. First straight action will go down with a bump off the starting hill, running into a set of doubles then getting your pull over a big table top, down to a roller right into a big step jump, coming down into the first corner. Out of the first corner is a table to a step then a double right into another table at the entrance of the second corner. This is just the first two straights, come on out and check out the rest of the track. It ROCKS!!!!!

Hire Park BMX season is off to a great start!!! Saturday, April 29 was Hire Parks official Open House to kick off the 06 racing season. What a great day, 70 riders total were out hitting the new, redesigned Hire Park track. Riders form all over Northern Indiana and as far away as Grand Rapids, MI came over to get some track time in at Warsaw. With our first race scheduled for Saturday, May 6 we are open and ready to go. Practices will be held on Tuesday and Thursday nights, weather permitting, and will cost $2.00 per rider. So come out and get some track time at Hire Park.

The Open house is Saturday, April 29th and opens at 11:30. Free Ride, No NBL Membership required, Concession stand will be fully stocked and opened.
